Escape the pace of everyday life with our Twilight Rest & Relaxation Package, designed to help you unwind, reconnect and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay.
Your stay includes a warm welcome, a welcome tray awaiting you in your room, a soothing Twilight Rest Sound Healing Session, and a thoughtfully prepared Twilight Relaxation Kit.
As evening approaches, you will be invited to experience our Twilight Rest Sound Healing Session, starting at 18:00 and lasting approximately one hour.
The session begins with a gentle introduction to the history and practice of sound healing, along with an explanation of what you can expect during the experience. This is followed by a short guided relaxation and meditation, helping you to settle, slow down and let go of the day.
You will then be immersed in the beautiful and relaxing sounds of a gong, quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Chinese sound instruments, an ocean drum and rain sticks. The facilitator moves gently amongst the group with selected instruments, creating an intimate and immersive experience where you can fully relax and enjoy the soothing sounds and vibrations.
After your session, retreat to the comfort of your room and continue your relaxation with your Twilight Relaxation Kit, thoughtfully provided to help you unwind and prepare for a peaceful night's rest.
The following morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast, providing the perfect gentle finish to your Twilight Rest experience.
Terms & Conditions
For your comfort during the sound healing session, please bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket. These will help you create a comfortable and cosy space to fully relax and enjoy the experience. Mind Body Soul Solutions
Package price is based on two people sharing a room. Additional adults can be accommodated, subject to a supplement. Please contact our Reservations Office for further information and applicable rates.
The Twilight Rest Sound Healing Session will take place subject to a minimum of 30 people being booked.
In the event that the minimum number of 30 participants is not reached, the sound healing session may not take place.
Full payment for the accommodation package is required no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Once payment has been received, the booking is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
If full payment is not received by 8 January 2027, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
