Arrive to the Derby Bar at 18:30 and take a moment to settle in before the tasting begins at 19:00. Each guest will receive a personalised tasting mat featuring Cabra Castle Gin and Cabra Castle Whiskey, complemented by a cheese board for every couple to enjoy.
During the guided introduction, explore the distinctive aromas, flavours, and character of each spirit. Following the tasting, savour a signature cocktail paired with a carefully selected bite, choosing between a gin-based creation or a whiskey-based cocktail. The experience concludes around 19:45, leaving time to enjoy dinner at your leisure.

This offer is based on two people sharing a room and is subject to availability. It cannot be combined with any other promotion. Valid only for Courtyard Standard Rooms and available on selected dates.
The tasting experience cannot be transferred to any other date.
Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received two (2) days prior to arrival. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, we will charge for one night's accommodation.
If you fail to arrive without prior notice, a charge equivalent to one night per reserved room will be applied to your credit card. Additionally, if you do not check in by the check-out time following the first night of your reservation, the remainder of your booking will be cancelled automatically.
